I am licensed mental health counselor based in Massachusetts. I received a BA in Psychology and Chemistry from Williams College and a MA in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. Currently, I am a Counseling Psychology PhD candidate at Lesley University.

I have experience across a variety of treatment settings including psychiatric group homes, community mental health centers, and nursing homes. I have experience supporting with adults with life transitions, relationship issues, depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder.

I offer a collaborative and compassionate space for my clients to explore the challenges in their lives. Together we will identify strategies to improve your overall wellbeing. I am affirming of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and relationship structures.
